Refund policy

Returns

We want you to love your purchase!  If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

 

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags must be attached
• You must have proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

Non-returnable items:

• Sale/clearance items
• Gift cards
• Personal care items (e.g., earrings, perfume,lotions, detergents)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.  If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within (5-10 bossiness days).

Exchanges

Need a different color or size? We offer easy exchanges. Email us at kami.monarchsalon@gmail.comand we will be happy to help.

Return shipping

* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

* If the return is due to our error. we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
